When viewing the newsletter from within Adobe Reader, there are controls located at the top of the page that allow you to change the viewing size of the document for easier reading. 

You may also print out the newsletter by clicking on the printer icon on the left in the newsletter file. 

Select the month you wish to view and click on the title of the month.
